There is no question of a person being particularly apt or practised at handwriting, a criticism that has been levelled at other forms of personality tests.

Graphology (handwriting analysis) as a science is extremely precise in its interpretation. It is also unobtrusive and non-invasive when compared to other types of evaluation techniques. In fact, all that is required of a prospective candidate is a sample of their hand-written text that can be gained at the initial stage of application. There is then no need to subject them, and yourselves logistically, and cost wise, to an array of physiological and behavioural tests. It is virtually impossible to cheat when it comes to handwriting analysis.

Instead of gaining pre-determined limited data, Graphology provides an exhaustive evaluation of an individual's character. A bespoke evaluation geared to a specified set of criteria can also be undertaken. It can reveal, if present, dormant and hidden personality traits that with other screening methods can go untapped and unnoticed. Handwriting analysis can reveal hundreds of miscellaneous characteristics.
